Our PEWIN Chair, Vice Chair And Executive Director kick off our day by celebrating where we have been, where we are going, and the importance of convening our membership at this critical point in time in the history of our asset class.

Let's face it. PEWIN members aren't ones to rest on their laurels. While it might appear that many of us have reached our personal and professional pinnacles, most of us can't help but get energized thinking about that next climb. In this first Circle Session, UNC award-winning professor and author Alison Fragale will take us on an exploration which examines our unique definitions of success, and how we can purposefully redefine ourselves - again and again - over the course of our lives.

The world has never felt more complex and, at times, perilous as global security threats, political unrest, and economic uncertainties seem to be unrelenting. In this fireside chat, military veteran, CEO, and DARPA advisor Dyan Gibbens shares insights with PEWIN Member and Director of Capital Markets for the U.S. Department of Defense Helen Quick about the investor opportunity to play a role in mitigating our most pressing existential risks and ensuring our collective prosperity.

As the longstanding anchor program of the PEWIN Annual Meeting, our CIO Roundtable is poised to provide insights and inspiration with five venerable leaders ready to discuss the current environment for private market investing and how to navigate the ever-shifting climate.
Its time to talk shop -- and our GP and LP-Only lunches allow our members to break bread with peers and discuss issues near and dear to their everyday leadership responsibilities. Our unstructured time will allow you to connect and reconnect with colleagues as you fuel up for an inspiring afternoon.

Dedicated to supporting women fund founders, PEWIN's Pinklight platform has counseled 45 firms that have gone on to raise more that $4 billion UDS. This year, our Pinklight Panel goes global with firm founders from Africa, Europe and the U.S. talking about the progress women fund leaders have made, their experiences as firm leaders, and the important industry work that is still left to do.

With countless responsibilities resting on our shoulders, PEWIN members often put our own mental wellness last on our long list of to-dos. Alison Fragale returns to lead our second Circle Session which will encourage us to be mindful of our personal "vitals" and contribute our best life hacks, activities and resources to a collective PEWIN cookbook of mental wellness "recipes."

Scanlan Theodore Americas CEO Melinda Robertson knows a thing or two about finance, fashion and risk taking. She left a prominent career at Goldman Sachs to launch the established Australian fashion brand here in the U.S. in 2017 and has not looked back. In a conversation with Joanne Yoo, Pinnacle Chair and PEWIN Board Member, Melinda will share thoughts about her entrepreneurial journey, leadership philosophies, measuring success, and being comfortable in your own skin.
As the PEWIN Foundation embarks upon our third grant cycle, our mandate is is clear: To harness the philanthropic power of our membership and stakeholder base to support gender equity in financial services through community building, capital access and research and innovation. Join us to hear firsthand about the impact of our most recent grants, our strategic direction and outlook for our efforts, and the launch of our 2024 -25 campaign.
The PEWIN Annual LP/GP Awards recognize outstanding organizations who are transforming the private markets by advancing gender equity within their firms and across the global ecosystem. Organizations are nominated by PEWIN members and voted on by the organization’s leadership. Join us as we publicly recognize this year's nominees and celebrate in person with the award winners.
Its time to kick back and reflect on our meaningful time together with wonderful company, great conversation and amazing views from the 55th floor of The Spiral Building.
